(antigo Pr\u00eamio e-Gov), foi criado pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Entidades Estaduais e P\u00fablicas de Tecnologia de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (ABEP-TIC), em 2002, em parceria com o Minist\u00e9rio da Economia.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo do Pr\u00eamio \u00e9 reconhecer e incentivar o desenvolvimento de projetos e solu\u00e7\u00f5es de governo eletr\u00f4nico nas administra\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas federais, estaduais e municipais, assim como divulgar as iniciativas que, com o uso das Tecnologias da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, visem a
